Standard Plan (with optional addressing and mailing)
Select this Purchase Option to order items with or without item personalization (your name, signature, logo, personal message) or return address imprints. As an option, you can upload your mailing list for a one-time use, and we’ll address your envelopes and ship directly to you. Or, we can add a stamp and mail directly to your recipients.

Premium Plan Required after 12/31/2024

Your PostyPro™ Plan gives you full access to a growing set of services including discounted, full-service one time mailing services, automated birthday and anniversary mailings, and a saved, editable address book.

Ship to Me Addressed & Stamped
Select this Purchase Option to receive items with optional personalization (your name, signature, logo, personal message). Envelopes will be addressed to your contacts (the recipients) and a first-class stamp will be applied. This is a great option if you prefer to add a personal, handwritten note before sending items to your contacts. Your items will be sent to you already addressed, stamped, and ready for you to add a personal note, stuff, seal, and mail. Plus, your contact list will be saved and editable for future use.

One Time Order
Ideally used for holiday mailings, invitations, announcements, promotions, and other times a group of cards will go out at the same time for all recipients

Set Up Automated Orders
Perfect for event date driven events like birthdays and anniversaries. You select and personalize a card that will be shipped over time. Each month, after sending you a reminder to make any updates, we will place an order for you. Your shipment will arrive with cards tucked into envelope flaps and organized with dividers that indicate the event date for each recipient.

Send Directly to My Recipients
Select this Purchase Option to order items personalized, addressed and stamped, and mailed to your contacts on the date you choose. We do all the work for you! Plus, your contact list will be saved and editable for future use.

One time order
Ideally used for holiday mailings, invitations, announcements, promotions, and other times a group of cards will go out at the same time for all recipients.

Create Automated Orders
Perfect for event date driven events like birthdays and anniversaries. You select and personalize a card that will be sent over time. You decide when cards will mail, either X days before each recipient’s event or all at the same time, X days before the event month. Each month, we’ll send you a reminder with a deadline for making changes to your card and/or recipient list if needed. Then, we will place an order for you and mail your cards at the appropriate time.
